Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AxisTrade platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use the service.

1. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. The owner account holds ultimate authority over branch creation, staff roles, and data access. You must promptly report any unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable Use

AxisTrade is provided as a business operations tool. You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to intentionally overload our servers.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

AxisTrade is a monthly subscription billed upfront at the start of each cycle. There is no free trial. Payments are processed through Paystack — either by card on an auto-renewing basis, or by mobile money paid each cycle.

  • Each plan is charged in advance for the upcoming month of service.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your workspace enters a short grace period during which we attempt to collect payment.
  • If payment is still not received after the grace period, the workspace moves to read-only access — your data remains intact and viewable — until the outstanding amount is paid.
  • Billing, plan changes, and cancellations are managed only by the Owner account from Settings → Billing.

4. Service Availability

AxisTrade is designed for reliability and is offline-first, so your branches can keep selling and syncing even during connectivity interruptions. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the cloud service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for business losses due to hardware failure on the client side.
