When you register for AxisTrade, we collect contact information such as your name, business name, email, and phone number. As you use the platform, we securely store transactional data to generate your ledgers and daily closes.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to provide the AxisTrade service. Specifically:

• Syncing transactions across your branches.
• Generating authoritative daily close reports.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting.

3. Data Security

Your data is protected by industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest. We do not sell your transactional data to third parties under any circumstances.

4. Ghana Data Protection Act

AxisTrade complies with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We process personal data lawfully, for the purposes described in this policy, and we act as a data controller in respect of the account information you provide to us.

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Delete your personal data, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations.

We retain your business records for as long as your account is active and for the period required to meet our legal obligations. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data that we are no longer required to keep. Access to records inside the platform is audited, and our audit logs are PII-redacted so that day-to-day administrators do not see customers' personal contact details.
